I turned 10 years of e-commerce experience into a web design business that gets results.

I didn’t start as a web designer. I started as a business owner.

For over 10 years I ran e-commerce businesses. I lived on the same side of the screen as my clients, trying to figure out why people were landing on my site and leaving without buying, chasing the algorithm, investing in designs that looked great but didn’t convert.

That experience taught me something most web designers don’t learn until much later, a beautiful website means nothing if it doesn’t bring in customers. Strategy has to come first.

iFLOW was born from that frustration. I wanted to offer business owners something I wish I’d had, a website built around their business goals, not just their aesthetic preferences.

Today I work with businesses across Australia helping them build an online presence that actually does something, website design, social media management, and the right tools to support growth at every stage.
